Our basic products and services are free to both Website owners & individual users. However we may offer some paid upgrades for advanced features such as domain hosting or extra disk space or bandwidth.

Our products and services are designed to give Website owners as much control and ownership over their site as possible and to encourage users/members to express themselves freely. However, each site owner must be responsible for the content of their site. SNA offers many paid services that are optional paid services (such as domain purchases, hosting, web design, consultation, property assessments for security purposes, etc.) payment for these services may be available on the Website(s). By selecting a paid service you agree to pay SNA (as set forth with your agreement with SNA) onetime payment, weekly, monthly or annual subscription fees or any fees associated there in, or any fees associated to a service(s) provided by SNA, indicated or agreed upon for that service. Payments may be charged on the day you sign up for a service and will cover the use of that service for the period as indicated. All service fees are not refundable.

SNA offers an SECURE Online Payment method using SNA does not collect your person business information this is done by (Ie; Social Security Number, Credit Card Information, Bank Account Information etc..)

SNA will not solicit this information from you at any time. If you are being solicited by some entity claiming to be SNA or a representative, agent etc. of SNA for any personal information of any type PLEASE (It is the responsibility to your self and the safe choice!) to verify with SNA IMMEDIATELY that SNA is indeed the soliciting entity of the information by contacting us Toll Free 888-862-3130 or 802-681-9831 and/or 802-462-3690. Ensure you have the name of the caller, or entity (All the information about the entity you can attain), or link(s) to the website when calling SNA. SNA may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your SNA account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a VIP, Premium or other Paid Services account, such account can only be terminated by SNA if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from SNA's notice to you thereof; provided that, SNA can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service or other lawful reason. Additionally, a paid account may be temporarily terminated pending a determination of the facts relating to a possible breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

General Representation and Warranty.
